Supply Chain Technology Holdings, LLC and its subsidiaries and affiliates (“Apex” “we,” or “us”) respect the privacy of individuals who access, use or communicate with us.  We provide this explanation about our information practices (our “Privacy Policy”) to demonstrate our commitment to protect your privacy.   This Policy is intended to help you understand how Supply Chain Technology Holdings, LLC its subsidiaries and affiliates collect, use and safeguard the information you provide on our sites and that we gather in the ordinary course of our business,  the safeguards we have in place for that information and your rights in relation to that information. It contains information about how you may access the personal information about you that Apex holds and seek the correction of such information.  It also contains information about how you may complain about a breach of this Policy and how Apex will respond to such a complaint.

What we collect

We gather and process both anonymous and personally identifiable data. What we collect depends on what you do when you use our sites, blogs, how you interact with us in the ordinary course of business, and on what personal information you otherwise choose to give us.

General Browsing Information

Apex gathers navigational information during each visitor’s use of our website. Personal information

Personal information is any information that, alone or in combination with other information is sufficient to identify or be associated with a specific individual person or household.  If you wish, you can provide us with personal information about yourself by using the contact forms and email addresses on this site. You also may provide information to us when considering purchasing or using our products and services, and when you enter into transactions with us.  This information may include your name, business name, mailing address, email address and phone number, your purchasing preferences, your experience with our products and services and any issues you may have with them. Apex typically collects the following categories of information from individuals as appropriate to its dealings with them: name, address, e-mail address, recipient’s name, order information, telephone number, and messages or reminders you create.   Apex also may retain transaction and experience information, such as information about your transactions with us, as well as information about our communications with you.  Examples include account history, requests for information and our responses. We may match user information we collect with offline data available from other sources in order to carry out our business and to provide our goods and services and to conduct advertising and promotions more effectively.  By providing your information to us, you consent to our combining it with information about you we gather from these sources.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not provide personal information to persons or organizations outside Apex that are doing business on Apex behalf for their own marketing purposes.

Profile

We may store information that we collect through cookies, log files, or clear gifs to create a profile of our users. A profile is stored information that we keep on individual users that details their viewing preferences. Consequently, collected information is tied to the user’s personal information to provide offers and improve the content of the site for the user. This profile is used to tailor a user’s visit to our sites, and to direct pertinent information to them. We do not share your profile with other third parties.

What we share

  • manage and administer a service provider’s relationship and arrangements with Apex and maintain any records in relation to this relationship; and

Apex may use non-personally identifiable information, including your IP address, to help diagnose problems with our server, to manage our website and to enhance our website based on the usage pattern data we receive.

Personal information provided by users who are 13 or more years of age may be used for marketing and informational purposes only by Apex and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Apex does not sell your personal information to third parties except as disclosed in this Policy. While we use all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of your information, Apex will have no liability for disclosure of any information obtained due to errors in transmission or the unauthorized acts of third parties.

Children’s Privacy

We believe that protecting the privacy of children is very important. Our sites are not designed to attract individuals under the age of 18. In accordance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not collect or store any personal information, even in aggregate, about children under the age of 13. If we discover we have received any information from a child under the age of 13 in violation of this policy, we will delete that information immediately. Choice/Opt-out

Business Transitions
